Meet our Professional Staff!

Shawn Collins, MSPT, ATC, SCS
Clinic Supervisor

Shawn received his Bachelors Degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids Michigan, and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy Degree from Grand Valley State University. He specializes in orthopedics and sports medicine, and is also experienced in pediatric physical therapy. He is a Licensed Athletic Trainer, and is a Board Certified Sports Medicine Specialist.

Shawn is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA).

Shawn enjoys building personal relationships with his patients and pushes them to reach their full potential so they can return to a pain-free, healthy lifestyle.



Arlene Buenvenida, PT
Physical Therapist

Arlene received her Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from Emilio Aguinaldo College in the Philippines in 1994. She has advanced training in Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation, experience with Orthopedic and Sports injury, and has worked with geriatric and pediatric cases.

After Arlene moved to the USA in 1995, she married and has 2 wonderful boys. Her philosophy? Life is short, enjoy it with the people you love.



Sandi Rothney, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Sandi obtained her Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from Kellogg Community College. Her clinical speciality is Orthopedics.

She is married with two children a son-in-law, and one grandchild. She enjoys traveling, reading, knitting and visiting with friends and family when not at work.
