Eric Manrose, PT, DPT, OCS, OMPT
Partner/Clinic Supervisor


Eric received his Master of Science (MS) in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2003. He then attended Oakland University, completing an Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) residency program in 2006 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011.

He was board certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedics (OCS) in 2008.

Eric is an avid runner, participating in 5K - 25K races. He is an adjunct professor for manual therapy lab courses at Grand Valley State University. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Dana and their daughter Charlie.




Stacie Rayman, PT
Physical Therapist


Stacie received her Master of Science (MS) in Physical Therapy degree from Grand Valley State University in 1995. She has attended many continuation courses with emphasis in orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports training.

Stacie has been involved in the community with schools at each level from exercise education/training to coaching community children's sports teams.

Stacie is an avid sports enthusiast. She has played many sports such as softball, hockey, volleyball, soccer, and basketball. She enjoys playing golf and participates in local 5k races. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Matt and children - Tyler and Mattison.




Heather Crapo, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant


Heather received her Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Ivy Tech State College in 2002, and her Bachelors of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant with a Minor in Health Care Management from Siena Heights University in 2008.

Heather participated in scholastic softball, volleyball, basketball, and waterskiing. A knee injury requiring surgery introduced her to physical therapy. She is passionate about continuing education opportunities, especially for orthopedics, low back pain and sports injury recovery.

When not working, most of her time is spent with her husband, Daryl, and their two children, Dyllan and Megan. Heather enjoys being active outdoors, especially on the water but also working on her landscaping. She looks forward to being involved in her children´s school sports as well as family centered activities.
